at peace {tuesdays unwrapped}

School’s out.
Summer vacation is in.

I am at peace.

Can’t see the bottom of my desk, workspace, or mail bin
But summer vacation is here.

I am at peace.

No hurrying out the door or waking up kids.
Lazy days.

I am at peace.

My girls surround me.
Running errands in pajamas.

Lunch.  A movie.
No where to be.

I am at peace.

A mid-afternoon game of “ponopoly.”
Summer vacation is here.

I am at peace.

    Isn’t it funny that summer can be so busy, so filled to the brim with events and activities, and still illicit such an incredible, delicious sense of peace? Enjoy.
